All of our consultants have a variety of experience as well as designated "SME Roles" as we like to call them. This means our staff has a Subject Matter Expert on nearly any particular focus area a client needs our help with. They have all been hand picked by our founder from top schools with MAs or PhDs exclusively in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
Our Founder
Ripley launched RF IO Consulting after completing her PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology's Chicago campus in 2020. With covid altering the working landscape she decided to take her success in building startups for referral clients to an entirely new level. It started with one alumni recruit and then quickly turned into a vibrant and innovative team culture with a stunning new high rise office with breathtaking views from Newport coast to Catalina and Long Beach.
